Button 1 looks a little like 'Prince Alfred's Guard', a South African unit. They had two different patterns of tunic button and both used a lion/coronet virtually identical to your button. This could easily be their mess dress button.
Why there should be three different mess buttons on one uniform beats me. All I can think of is that two were lost and these were the only replacements available. The Welsh Guards button would certainly pass muster at a distance! Possibly an old mess dress jacket used for an amateur stage production or similar. Best theory I can come up with!
