Thank you for identifying numbers 10 and 21. From your excellent info I have managed to find out a bit more about the red variation. It is 6th division Norwegian army (presumably still part of the Brigade Nord?)
I have seen the green and black colours of the Sri Lankan patch before on a Special Task Force shoulder title but would not have made the connection without your help.
