Here is a Seaforth officer elephant in situ, and an OR to the right for comparison.
Both are the same size and do not have the trunk attached to the ground.
I also believe that the Connaught elephant was the same.
That said, I am not sure what your two elephants are for, nor the period.
They could be just an early variation for the above mentioned regiments or the 94th as mentioned by Leigh.
