Laurent,
The left hand one with merrowed (over-stitched) edges is more recent manufacture and likely to be for the Royal Dragoon Guards.

The right hand one is embroidered on felt and older and probably 4th/7th Dragoon Guards.

The flash was worn in France in 1940 before Dunkirk and is erroneously called a “D Day’ flash although it was also worn in NW Europe from D Day onwards.
