Newsletter issues are mostly identical. Docufiles have upto 5 versions.
It is a contribution by an Australian collector.
The button is very high quality and cost almost twice as much as ordinary officer's regimental buttons
(Firmin's 1934: Officer's dead or indented gilt: 6/- per dozen. Bright gilt, plated or bronzed buttons: 3/6 per dozen)
I agree: it needs confirmation.
