The first image is of the small NCMs beret badge.
The last 2 images , the subdued badge is for IG, AIG forage caps, and the bright gilt for the band.
Any gunner posted to any of the Canadian Special Ops units in any capacity will wear the tan beret. I am not sure if there is a dedicated airborne unit for the guns anymore.
