Yes - this pattern was also 'probably' manufactured in the UK by JR Gaunt - two pairs were included in a board of Free Norwegian badges held in their archive. I say 'probably' because the board included some cloth items, and I don't think it is confirmed that Gaunt made cloth ... any thoughts appreciated.

I too, also have an interest in Norwegian and other Free Forces badges of WW2 - the scope of such French, Dutch, Belgian, Norwegian, Polish and Yugoslav insignia never fails to surprise me.
