The only electronic edition we put out, was of Volume 1. The electronic version includes variations and runs to 615 pages
While the hard copy was 'slimmed down' (by removing most 'variations') to 236 pages (as I recall
It is still downloadable. The links to Gumroad's epub site are shown on charliebravobooks.com
