Am I reading this wrong? If the thread burns the same as a wartime one, i.e. being cotton so not bubbling up, then would they not also be wartime? Referring to post 3.
A Black Light test is also a very good way to check the thread. Cotton thread shoudl not glow, but synthetic threads glow like neon.
