I'm equally interested in medals to Indians in the Shanghai Municipal Police and want one.
Missed one in India last year. About 10 years ago when I was not collecting police medals the dealers here used to offer them at 50-60 gbp and there were no takers!! They seem to be pretty scarce now and am hoping to add one to my collection some day. I did pick up a Shanghai Municipal Council emergency medal here a couple of months ago. They often turned up in pairs earlier and I remember being once offered one with date clasps as well..The municipal police badge as well..too bad I did not know better then..but eventually one will turn up, I'm sure....
