as a rough guide I'd look out for those Infantry Regts that did not emerge from the Brigade system and almost any with a King's Crown..
the following are IMO the most scarce (and costly to get hold of!):
RUR (KC)
RSF (KC & QC)
RB (KC)
Somerset LI
W Yorks
E Yorks
Lanc Fus
S Lancs (Beret)
Loyals (KC & QC)
I'll let others add the Cav and Corps etc.
