I seem to have got something wrong as, from memory I thought 28 Bn was the City of Perth Regiment, but I see from the badge they are/were The Swan Regiment. So please tell me who are the City of Perth Regiment.
Incidently, I nearly joined 28 Bn in 1956, but after hanging around for a couple of hours waiting to be seen I toddled off, and joined 10 Ligth Horse in January 1957 at Victoria Park, Perth (Before the regiment moved to Karrakatta), and never regretted it.
