Windproof camouflaged trousers are not especially rare and were issued across the British army in WWII not exclusively to the SAS. Round about £100 to £150.
The matching smock however is far more valuable and these fetch up to £500 in good condition on a good day on ebay with lots of references to SAS in the listing...
