Sorry John, Where on Cliff's site is that image? Cliff and I have talked at some length about the post war shoulder titles, and it seems a lot of the records / information disappeared when the Toronto Irish Regiment was reduced to nil strength and transfered to the supplementary order of battle. The archive records that exist (and they are far from complete) do indicate there were issues with the saffron colour. (The first sample in archives is almost a copper colour embroidery.) There are titles with almost lemon green embroidery through the buff colour. Even in the Second WW titles one can find a wide degree of variance in the embroidery.
Danny the two titles on the right side of your image are the Garrison Dress or cadet fully woven pattern. They were not available until the late 80's or early 90's and iiuc the cadets still wear the fully embroidered pattern today.
