Yes perhaps a brother did collect a few OSD badges to other regiments Rob. In a tin with my DLI grandads couple of DLI badges were a few badges to other regiments to which he was not associated. I am sure this is a fairly common occurrence where they picked up or were given a few badges for often sentimental or other reasons.
The KOYLI collars intrigued me too Simon as to why one collar badge was bladed and maybe al they had, cheers Dean
