I’m seeing some listings on eBay and a dealers site, indicating that this style of button was only used by the 3rd & 4th TA battalions.
I’m aware that the regular and TA battalions wore a different cap badge (with the regulars wearing the Home Counties badge), hence I could understand if the badges were also different in design.
Are these listings correct?
