24 Cdo RE Cdo and 29 Cdo RA would be manned with attached (army) personnel similar to comparable sized army unit. This I’m sure would include a RAMC Officer, if he completed the All Arms course he would wear the Beret, similar with any other Corps who were on exchange or atttached to a Cdo unit wether 24/29 or RM.
The shape of were the badge was does not suggest to me RA or RE Grenade type wore by Officers, my first thought was Int Corps but RAMC is a good possibility.
