This question has been addressed in some previous threads, but evidently I lack the fine eye (not to mention experience) to detect the subtle differences. The first title seems to closely match an example referred to in an earlier thread as the "variant worn on D-Day.” The last one, while attributed to a Second World War veteran, seems very similar to postwar examples. And, the middle title, no idea...
