I rooted around in an old box and it appears that I don't have the booklet - it was an Ex Crusader one. I wasn't on Crusader so it must have been left in my office.
Also found these, which were mine:
Ex Ulan Eagle; Royal Irish Ranger Tercentenary Programme; plastic IFOR arm band, issued as we changed from UN to NATO; and issue Prayer Book.
