Spotted a "post 1957" cast badge but it is described as having "two rear posts with washer and nuts" which I assume would be a sporran/pouch badge.
One thing I noticed is that the majority of cap (?) badges have loops and also have no 'gap' between the scroll ends and the shield .(like badge in post"1)
Could the badge without the eagle be a pre 1938 Auxiliary Air Force one ?
