At the beginning of 1916 the Norfolk Regt ORs cap badge would have been Pattern 4554/1897 - Britannia in a wreath with a GM scroll
From after April 1916 they largely wore Pattern 4554A/1916 - "all GM"
and as you know, the next Pattern was 11083/1937 - Britannia alone.
