I've encountered this several times, and found that most sellers will work with me to find a solution. But each one seems to be different, and each seller has a different approach. I had one dealer who refused to do anything saying he would lose his eBay protection! That surprised e with my 100% rating, but he wouldn't budge. Finally found a solution I am happy to say because I really wanted that lot! Bottom line - YES, it is frustrating!
