Hello Stephen, The collar on the right in the first image appears to be an officer's collar. The two piece construction is typical of officer's badges.
The R.J. Inglis mark is typical of the mark found on CEF badges, and the CASC wore this pattern of badge before, during and after the First World War.
Dwayne H may be able to add more, as the RCASC is his area of specialization.
