I occasionally suffer from a lack of eye to brain coordination !
Recently saw a British Legion badge with a registered design number 984409 which would indicate 1978/1979.
Then I realised that the manufacturer had got the first number upside down and it should have been 684409 (1921-1922).
PS. The Uslster badge was originally sold in a shop in Newtonards (not sure if Poppy Shop) and was in a box with other RBL badges/pins.
