Should go down well in an Iraqi or Middle East collection. Described as Iraqi War Baath Party Golden Pin. This 'medal' would be awarded by the Party to exponents of Sadam Hussein for merited action and services towards the dictatorship during the war, so it was a military/political award. I suppose the Baath Party in wartime was similar to Soviet and SS commissars, etc
