Afternoon Alan,
An interesting photo of a short-lived corps. Michael's bookshop has published a number of booklets relating to Ramsgate and neighbouring towns during the wars.

In WW1 the college became a Canadian military hospital during which time it was bombed injuring a number of patients, and then I believe it housed German POWs possibly as a deterrent against air raids. It reopened after the war as a boys grammar school until about ten years ago when it merged with the local girls grammar school (which my sister attended).

The Army & Navy Illustrated published an article about the cadets though it predates the OTC having appeared in the 15th March 1902 issue, I've attached a couple of pics from the article.
