The British helmet is a MKII dated to 1943 and is worth about £30-60, made by RO & Co....Rubery Owen & Co Ltd Darlaston, the liner should also have a makers mark, size and date on it.

The German helmet is a M35, hard to tell the maker without detail shots of the markings on the skirt and it might have been repainted post war as the paint looks a funny shiny green colour, worth £100-200 if repainted and a bit more if it is the original camo paint job.
