Officers Busby which regiment?

Can anyone identify which regiment this busby is to please,
I have been offered but seem unable to identify.Gilt plume holder Gilt chin strap etc.,
I am actually seeking a silver plume holder for Staffs yeomanry Busby I have also if any one has a spare.
