RCAF Tac Eval shoulder patch, circa 1960's
I was fortunate to get these Tactical Evaluation shoulder patches as part of a RCAF NATO lot recently. I assumed it would be easy to find other examples or some photographic reference of these on a uniform but I haven't had any luck. They may have been issued during a 4ATAF or some smaller Aircent or 1 Air Division Headquarters exercise. Were Tac Eval's done during the Sabre period or did those not start until the 104 era?
Does anyone have a photo of this title on a flight suit or any information on this patch which might date it? Thanks in advance for your comments and thoughts.
