While doing some research online I found an edition of The Queens Regiment Magazine December 1968 , there was an article about 6th (CYCLISTS) BN.THE ROYAL SUSSEX REGT.ASSOCIATION that is interesting.
"In April ,1919, a detachment from the Bn. was present in Amritsar where Gen.Dyer felt compelled to open fire on the mob."
I wonder how future generations will look on our 'interpretations' of the military actions we were involved in ?
