unidentified naval button - Naval Volunteers?
Morning btns!
This certainly isn't a button worn by any of the Naval Volunteer units that I know of in the UK, the Australian colonies or Natal.
It's possibly from one of the Naval Artillery Volunteer units in New Zealand. There has been quite a lot about them on the forum - including photos, but I haven't seen a close up of the buttons.
