If anyone has old copies of Bosley`s catalogues, Lot 1069 in the sale of 5th August 1998 is "Queens Bays William IV officers waist belt plate and shoulder scales"

The badge is this thread is very similar ( but not identical ) to the device on the waist belt plate which is described as "Large rectangular gilt plate bearing silver crowned William IV cypher within a laurel wreath,across the base of the wreath,a two part scroll inscribed Dieu et mon droit "
