A "F-FDTL SATT" (Falintil- Forcas de Defesa de Timor Leste Small Arms Training Team) badge.
It measures 40mm high X 35mm wide, the design is in black paint on brass sheet.
I know no more about it, other than that it dates back to 2003/2004.
Worn by Australian, NZ and other nationalities of INTERFET (International Forces East Timor) or PKF (Peace Keeping Force)? Perhaps by F-FDTL personnel also?
