WW1 soldier with obscelete cap badge
Very interesting photo of a Liverpool Scottish soldier in WW1 wearing the glengarry badge of the 8th ( Scottish ) Volunteer battalion rather than the
10th ( Scottish) Battalion cap badges introduced in 1908- just shows WW1 soldiers often wore whatever badges were available.
Also of interest is the broken shoulder title now just T/10 the Liverpool/Scottish parts no longer being present.
