[Warmfield Man]

I'm fairly new at collecting so please forgive my ignorance.
I've just seen a website selling a 3rd Dragoon Guards shoulder title which it says is anodised aluminium.
Given that the 3DG's amalgamated in 1922, could it be genuine?
