Better late than never. If this is still relevant, I recall from a while back this is the cap badge of the pupils at the military themed Prospect College Jamaica. There is no web site, but pictures online show a dress uniform of black trousers with yellow side stripe, a yellow jacket with black cuffs and red stand up collar, and a black peaked cap with yellow band.
