Firstly, agree with the comments above.
Secondly, Armfields certainly did make badges, but the only one I have ever come across has a very different makers mark (which is why I agree)!
Attached is a Derbyshire Home Guard VTC badge, made by Armfields, although the more common version was made by Fattorini; Bosleys sold a similar one in 2007.
