South African League of Ex Service Woman (SALESW) lapel badge. The other letters are for the Afrikaans equivalent. Formed c.1946 of ex WAAS and WAAF's and did charity work, fund raising for ex service women etc. Also held an annual AGM. Badge was designed and produced sometime in the 1950's
