Hello Everyone,
I've been doing some research and found quite a bit of information on Edwin Charles Seaman. He made it to the rank of Colonel and passed away in 1919. He was awarded the Order of the White Eagle of Serbia 4th Class, Order of the Bath Military Companion, Order of St Michael and St George Companion. I've tried doing more research but most of the other sites you have to pay for.
