I doubt you will find anything on the Indian medals unless they are VCOs. Records for a sowar are very unlikely unless you find the the medal roll, which for Indian recepients has so far been impossible. The 10th Lancers if ofcourse Hodsons Horse. The naming is odd. The rank - sowar - is repeated. Khan is a surname, but Shah is often used as first or last name.
I would have liked to buy the medal except that in these covid times it's one hell of a task shipping stuff to India.
