My thoughts are that these were made during WWII and worn up to the Queens crown and the titles could of still been in use for quite some time after.

Merchant Navy title (not this one) could be one that has seen service up to 70's?

The SCC could come down to the Serif type font used during WWII?

Coast Guard and RN Titles WWII era.

Wireless Telegraphist,Stoker,Petty Officer and Ordinary Steward are melton wool, the rest are felt , the SCC is the thickest of the felt badges.
