I was away in the Caribbean for two weeks on the QM2 until 9/12 when I got back to the U.K.
I remember very well you going to send me the book to view but nothing ever arrived. I have put your tracking number (WM57139579GB) into the Track & Trace website and it says.."Sorry - we don't recognise that number. Please check the information below to make sure your tracking code is correct".
When I am away Luci, Adam or Luke will often sign for my items. I will see all three on Tuesday and will ask them if they signed and have anything for me.
Please supply me with the signature of the signatory as a matter of urgency. Let's get this resolved ASAP.
