Hi Bruno, It was worn by Warrant Officer 2 Roughrider's of the Household Cavalry in NO1 dress (blue's). worn on the lower right sleeve, with gold bullion embroidered spur above it and bullion crown above that. regards john ps Roughrider is the Cavalry term for Riding Instuctor.
