Default Morecambe and Heysham Civiliers 1940
At least 199 men joined the Morecambe and Heysham Civilian Training Volunteers or 'Civiliers' in 1940 as this membership card shows. I assume they disappeared into the Home Guard. Doubt there's a badge but...

All suggestions or information welcome.
