The Queen's Crown is post 1953 (Queen Elizabeth II) while the King's Crown was worn by both King George V and VI. My guess is that yours is a 1950s one made up from stocks of Royal Tank Regiment badges that came from the UK. If you ever want to trade or sell it please let me know.
