The Canadian Scouts were raised in the Transvaal upon the 18th of January 1901 for general service in South Africa, in common with a number of other SAMIF formations, they were disbanded in Pretoria on the 30th of June 1902.

Has anyone ever seen a list of British or other regiments which included a substantial number of Australians?
