Today's find, sadly no badge, but I am always pleased to find paperwork for my collection. The certificate was presumably printed before March 1915 and has a facsimile of Lord Kitchener's signature.

The 1939 register shows that William A Watkins was still working hard in the Second World War in a tyre factory and doing part time A.R.P. work.
