However in all fairness, I should mention that one forum member has his badges wired to a board, so not an easy task for him to add to the information, and the other forum member who is about 10 minutes drive from me, said if I wanted the RD numbers, I can come down and record them for myself.
It comes down to the more RD numbers I can get, the more information I can share.
As an example – “RD812” which is found on the following “Type 12” B/XV reinforcement hat badge, and the “Type 3” 12th reinforcement collar badge.
The following document shows that the Registered Design number 812 was granted on the 6th December 1915 to Wellington badge maker Mayer & Kean.
