I saw a travel documentary recently where some intrepid traveller visited the the opium factory somewhere in India, I forget where but it might have been somewhere near Cawnpore (Kanpur). It is apparently the very same factory that we built but now supplies the Indian state with all its opiate requirements.

Cawnpore- Ghazipur. I doubt that there are many in England who would know the significance of either place these days.
