Default 1st rifle Bn Monmouthshire ret engraved plaque
I don't know if it was an apprentice piece or a commission, it has the great war battle honours on one side with the regimental badge and a Griffin on the (I assume) reverse. Both sides seem unfinished. It is quite hard to get good pictures of it.
